Gold Sponsorship Activation
RACV Gold Sponsorship Activation produced as a fun activity for attendees of the Midsumma Carnival.
The whole site was designed to recyclable, reusable or compostable where possible.
Structures were made out of responsibly sourced cardboard and plant based glues which are all compostable at end of life.
Eco-glitter with plant based adhesives were used to add the touch of sparkle to guest faces.
Prop items and shimmer wall were hired, mirrors and lighting saved for reuse.
Tattoos, face gems and eco-glitter was kept be used at the Midsumma Pride March.
About the event
RACV is a Gold Sponsor of the Midsumma Festival, supporting communities and members at their heart. The Carnival is the flagship event of the Carnival. FGE was engaged to conceptualise a fun activity for visitors to reinforce the tagline “Proud to be Me”. It was decided early on the whole site would be designed as sustainably as possible. Our team conceptualised the creative approach and engaged supply chain to build eco- friendly structures. RACV made it clear the event is about fun and showing support for community, feeling welcomed and included.
